Yorlanda’s story

Yorlanda began pioneering the wellness, fitness, and personal training space throughout Manteca, Tracy, Ripon in 1993.

Yorlanda grew up running through the fields of the neighborhood your house may have been built on, chasing her siblings after the lights went off, which made her good at cardio from a young age!

Once her siblings required less chasing, Yoranda started her personal training career teaching group classes of Pilates, Aerobics, and Step in the early nineties. 

From the start, she has been committed to offering the best workout and wellness coaching tailored to her clients personal needs based on where they are in their personal wellness journey. This can range from running a six minute mile for a high school athlete, to walking to the end of a driveway and back up again a few times after an injury, to helping you setup a low stress cleaning routine that gets you enough movement in the morning hours to keep you healthy, Yorlanda will help you.

Wellness is more than fitness. Everybody has to start somewhere and that is why I am committed to meeting you where you are in your wellness journey. 

That doesn’t mean I will go easy on you; The key is to challenge my client enough to grow or to stretch themselves far enough to get the full benefit of their program. A persons personal journey can range from training to run a 6 minute mile for a college athlete to walking down the street and maybe even around the block a few times for the age advanced. 

Sometimes impactful wellness is as simple as helping someone clean their home and organize their belongings and getting them involved and moving in the process!
